Casey Klein

Casey is the founder of Third Frontier Capital and is responsible for curating and identifying the firm’s opportunity set across co-GP partnerships, global credit strategy, and direct asset investment. He serves as a senior platform advisor to one of the world’s leading real estate credit managers, bringing that institutional relationship and ground-level market intelligence to every partnership Third Frontier pursues.

Formerly a principal with one of the nation’s leading urban real estate firms, specializing in the development, ownership, and operation of architecturally distinctive mixed-use properties. In that role, Casey led the firm’s capital markets activities and helped drive its development initiatives — accumulating responsibility for more than $5 billion in real estate transactions over his tenure.

A father of two, Casey and his family reside in Palm Beach, FL — New Yorkers at heart.

Michael Sheitelman

Michael brings more than 20 years of expertise spanning real estate acquisition, joint venture structuring, finance, entitlement, development, construction, and planned communities. His combination of deep legal training and hands-on real estate experience provides Third Frontier with a distinctive edge in structuring complex, bespoke transactions.

Michael’s legal and transactional background enables Third Frontier to move with precision and speed on sophisticated deal structures — from negotiating joint venture agreements and navigating entitlement processes to designing the regulatory and financial frameworks governing large-scale real estate development.

He holds LLMs from Georgetown Law and the University of Miami, a JD from Capital University, and a BA from Tulane, and is admitted to the Florida and New Jersey Bars.

A father of two, Michael is originally from New Jersey and now resides in Hollywood, FL.
